Yeah, Brad is home. He is not up to his usual strength, just looking at our kids seems to tire him out:) But at least he now gets a steady flow of applesauce, cream of wheat, and an array of soups. Soon he will graduate from liquids, but we are taking it slow. By the way, Kristen, who really needs sleep?
Thanks for the prayers, love, and support we have received. We are blessed to have such a support system to take care of us whether you are near or far. We did not even realize just how serious the injury was until the doctor showed Brad Tuesday morning the original cat scan taken last Wednesday. His esophagus was cut through and around in a semi circle, then on through the muscle. He truly is fortunate to be home without a scar over his chest.
